JLN Connect + Control

HARDWARE
LATENCY.
WIRELESS
FREEDOM.

The complete MIDI control ecosystem
for the Windows-native producer.

JLN Audio bridges the gap between the tactile precision of hardware control surfaces and the flexibility of a wireless mobile workflow — all running on Microsoft's new Windows MIDI Services kernel, not a legacy workaround.

01
Kernel-Level Scheduling
Windows MIDI Services bypasses the audio stack entirely, scheduling MIDI messages at kernel priority — the same level as system interrupts. No userspace roundtrip.
02
MIDI 2.0 UMP Native
Universal MIDI Packet format is handled natively. 32-bit resolution for velocity, aftertouch, and CC values — not the 7-bit MIDI 1.0 approximation.
03
Zero Emulation Layer
JLN Connect talks directly to WinMidi.sys. No virtual MIDI port. No loopMIDI workaround. No rtpMIDI overhead. Native pipe, native clock.
04
Wireless-to-Kernel Bridge
JLN Control (iOS/Android) connects over BLE 5.2, and JLN Connect translates packets into kernel-native MIDI events with <2ms total round-trip.
05
DAW Agnostic
Because it operates at the system level, JLN Connect works with every DAW on Windows: Ableton, FL Studio, Bitwig, Reaper, Studio One — with zero configuration.
Round-trip Latency
<1ms
Wireless → BLE → Kernel → DAW. Measured end-to-end, not just driver-level.
CC Resolution
32bit
MIDI 2.0 native. 4 billion steps of automation resolution. Not 128.
Max Devices
64ch
Up to 64 simultaneous wireless + USB MIDI channels in a single session.
Clock Jitter
<20μs
Kernel-level hardware clock sync. Tighter than most dedicated hardware MIDI interfaces.

ONE SIGNAL CHAIN.
TWO SURFACES.

JLN Connect runs on your Windows workstation. JLN Control runs in your hand. They share a single kernel session — zero configuration, zero bridges.
